Today I will mainly let the pictures talk. Lets start with a video by Georg Schardt (FZJ) of the impressive waves at the west coast of Ireland (to see it you have to click on the link).
We were hiking along the beautiful wild west coast of Ireland towards the famous Cliffs of Moher.

The coast provided some inviting spots to relax from the hard campaign work and fall asleep with the sound of the waves.

On the way home, we stopped at the beach of Lahinch, a famous surfing spot, for a sunset bath. Okay the water was a bit cold, so some of us prefered to enjoy the waves from a save distance. Others however were courageous enough to dive into the waves.

We also got some impressions of the Irish way of driving. On the street on the picture below it seemed to be important to state that overtaking is not allowed. Well, we thus did not dare to overtake the cows and had to take a detour.

Finally we ended the day in the traditional Irish way.
